The room pillows have a bad smell and we ask to change it but still smell bad. The facilities are nice and location is convenient. Theres a lot of F&B options in pool bar but we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet it has very minimum food choices and it takes time for them to refill the food displays and plates and glasses in the buffet are not washed well, I thought it was just one day but our whole stay (5d4n) i noticed that it was not cleaned well

the room is very spacious. i like their brekfast buffet so many options to choose compare to the previous hotel weve stayed. the place is beach front and very close to the center and very accesible to restaurants, dmall, coffess shops, etc. my sister and I, together with our kids enjoyed our stay.

Отличный отель, однозначно рекомендую! Хорошее расположение, всё в шаговой доступности. Номера свежие не убитые, постель чистая, полотенца как новые! Персонал очень дружелюбный всегда готовы помочь в любой ситуации! Бассейн большой, чистый. Запаха хлорки нет совсем! До моря 2 мин ходьбы по территории отеля. На пляже есть отдельные шезлонги, но их мало, штук 10-15, не всегда можно найти свободные. Единственный минус - это завтраки. В отеле 5 звезд завтрак должен быть гораздо лучше! Ещё негатив, при заселении в отель нам предложили бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт при выселении, мы согласились, указали время трансфера на 10:30 утра. Прожили 9 суток и при выселении оказалось, что трансфер для нас не забронирован и вообще он платный 3600 пессо за троих - это расстроило и пришлось искать такси. В итоге доехали с местными помогайками за 1500 пессо на троих.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and the experience was a 5 star. From the time of check in up until check out it was all worth it. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The amenities was superb and overall the place was perfectly clean. It was a value for money specially if you are travelling with kids!

The location is great and staff is so accommodating. But i have some area of concern and that is the service. I talk to front office regarding special set up for our 1st wedding anniversary for dinner buffet . The staff inform me to approach the la fiesta staff for some set up, i proceed to the restaurant and inform them if they can set up some cake for our dinner and i receive a positive feedback. I book at 7 pm but we enter the resto ahead of time cause i want my wife to spent our special dinner date with the kids, while we are eating i am expecting that they will also accommodate my request due to many special celebration was happening already in the premises. I waited more than 1 hr hoping that we will also accommodate our request but sadly no one approach us. But i am thankful for jenny for keeping our room clean and provide our request, hope we will back again soon

房間不讓打掃，不會主動打掃！隔音效果差，游泳池一天下來都很吵。整個酒店沒有一個吸菸區！在室外陽台抽了一衹煙不影響下一個房客入住的情況下，罰款25000P，摺合人民幣3000多！
